|Recommended: YesTraining goes a long way — Overall I am very satisfied with the property management which is why I have been a resident for 20 years. However, it is incumbent that when introducing a new Property Management System you have at the resident's disposal a tech individual or at least well trained staff capable of navigating the glitches and hurdles associated with such a system.
Everyone understands the importance and need to upgrade management systems to greater quality of functionality but in doing so you should have at a minimum one trained and qualified individual on site capable of navigating these new systems.
This greatly alleviates the frustration of your residents who should not have to be told Well it's a new system and your going to have to figure it out on your own. That kind of answer is the height of dismissal and disservice.

The office staff is very understanding and always approachable whenever we need anything. Maintenance is also on point — they respond quickly and take care of issues efficiently, which we really appreciate as a family.
The townhouse itself is comfortable and has been a great space for us. It’s been a peaceful and well-managed place to live, and we’ve felt right at home since day one. I’d definitely recommend it to other families looking for a stress-free and welcoming community.
